We hope that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. We only accept exchanges for a different size of the same item or returns for store credit.

  • Please read the following information regarding our return process in order to ensure that your return is processed correctly.

      1.  Email us at customercare@proyectorepublica.com identifying the item(s) that you wish to exchange or return with an explanation of why you wish you to do so.
      2. We will send you a DHL shipping label by mail.
      3. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
      4. Securely close the package and affix the DHL shipping label.
      5. When you are ready to mail your return, call your local DHL office to schedule a pickup.
      6. As soon as we receive your package, you will receive confirmation from us.
      7. Once your return arrives at our facility, it generally takes 48 hours for us to process it. You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been used, worn, washed, or altered with tags still properly attached. Please keep in mind that we only accept exchanges for a different size of the same item or returns for store credit.

Jewellery, swimwear, shoes and lingerie may not be returned.

* If your purchase was done in-stores these terms do not apply.  Your return must be made in-stores, provided the following conditions are met: 

– The product is in its original condition, without any damage or signs of use.

– The corresponding proof of purchase or invoice is presented. 

– The exchange request is made within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

It is important to note that we do not offer cash refunds, only in-store credit. Therefore, merchandise exchanges for items of equal or greater values can e made by paying the corresponding difference. 

You will receive an exchange or store credit on all successfully returned items. Original shipping fees will not be credited.
