We hope that you are happy with your received order. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

RETURN PROCESS

Please read the following information regarding our return process in order to ensure that your return is processed correctly.

    1.  Email us at customercare@proyectorepublica.com identifying the item(s) that you wish to exchange or return with an explanation of why you wish you to do so.
    2. We will send you a FedEx shipping label by mail. 
    3. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
    4. Securely close the package and affix the FedEx shipping label.
    5. When you are ready to mail your return, call your local FedEx office to schedule a pick up.
    6. As soon as we receive your package, you will receive confirmation from us. 
    7. Once your return arrives at our facility, it generally takes 48 hours for us to process it. You will be notified via email once your return has been successfully completed. 

RETURN CONDITIONS:

All ítems must be returned in their original condition, without having been used, worm, washed or altered with tags still properly attached.

If you require further assistance, please contact our customer service team, we will be happy to serve you any time you wish.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

Jewelry, swimwear, and lingerie may not be returned.

 

REFUNDS:

All successfully returned items will be credited in a timely fashion to your payment method. Original shipping fees will not be credited. Keep in mind that the time between which we issue the refund and you see it reflected depends on your financial institution.
