These porcelain pieces are turned into fashion jewels at our Madrid studio, by a team of passionate people who believe in a job done with care and skill.

• IMPERFECTION IS THE WARRANTY OF CRAFTWORK   PORCELAIN   The porcelain pieces found in ANDRESGALLARDO jewels and handbags are made by craftsmen in Spain and Portugal, rescuing traditional processes based on high quality standards. We develop plaster casts (moulds) for the porcelain figures that are painted and enameled by hand then heated at the kilm. Some pieces require to be heated up to three times depending on colors or finishings. This is only a brief resume of the complicated and -sometimes- mysterious processes involved in porcelain making. This means that you may find differences between pieces of the same style such as size or colour; that are just the warranty of a handcrafted work.

DEAR CUSTOMER

We hope that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. We only accept exchanges for a different size of the same item or returns for store credit.

MEXICO

We offer next-day delivery if an order is received before 1PM. Otherwise, the delivery period is 48 hours.
Shipping costs $199 MXN; or if the order is greater than $5,000 MXN, shipping is free.

USA

We offer next-day delivery if the order is received before 1PM. Otherwise, the delivery period is 48 to 72 hours.
Shipping costs $35 USD or if the order is greater than $500 USD shipping is free.

WORLD

Proyecto República ships worldwide with DHL and offers 72-hour delivery. Please calculate an additional 2-3 days for shipments to be released from customs.
The prices of our products do not include VAT or other taxes, and the customer must cover any customs taxes or fees incurred.

Please keep in mind that some items can take up to three weeks to arrive because they are made to order. If your purchase contains one of these items, we’ll be sure to let you know.
